About

A reader, not a newsroom.

Watch Vault Media answers one question: what is new in watches today? It does so by listing what the watch press has just published, in the order it was published, from the sources you switch on.

Watch Vault Media is also on the web. The same reader, in a browser, is at watchvaultmedia.app.

Our ethos

We believe technology should make knowledge easier to reach, not harder to use.

We respect the privacy, independence, and opinions of every person who uses our products. We design to reduce friction, remove unnecessary complexity, and minimize the mental fatigue that too often comes with technology.

Our goal is simple: create thoughtful tools that help people explore, understand, preserve, and enjoy the subjects they care about.

For Watch Vault, that means making the world of horology more approachable without making it shallow — welcoming newcomers while respecting experienced collectors, and helping preserve the knowledge, stories, and enthusiasm of watch collecting for future generations.

Private by principle. Simple by design. Built for curiosity.

What it is not

Aveneg Technologies, LLC writes no news for it. The app has no editors, no front page, no weekly edition and no ranking by what others read. Topics, grouping and saving organise the list; they never replace it or hide a source.

Why it keeps out of the way

A reader should not have to be watched to read. The app needs no account, runs no server for the app, and has no analytics or advertising. The web version uses one small helper that fetches feeds and keeps nothing about its readers. There are no notifications: you pull, the app never pings.

What the publisher also makes

Tracker: Watch Vault Tracker

Records the watches a collector wears, one tap at a time. watchvaulttracker.com
Archive: Watch Vault Archive

Documents the watches a collector owns, held on the owner’s own computer. watchvaultarchive.com

They are separate products. None requires another, or an account with anyone.
